Since the screen size depends on the monitor and the monitor can be of various sizes, the server depends on you to configure the size. The line to set the size should look something like "/dev/crt monitorsize 480 # in millimeters". Dunno whether the Open Windows server lets you configure this; it certainly should. Perhaps the sample server should let you do so as well? This would be nice to have in the sample server.
