Message-ID: <5878@emory.mathcs.emory.edu> Date: 4 Jul 90 05:56:43 GMT Organization: Math & Computer Science, Emory University, Atlanta, GA Lines: 18 I'm looking for a window manager that supports a virtual root larger than the physical display, and allows you to pan around on the virtual root. The application is to allow displaying part of desktop using an lcd projector, that doesn't have enough resoultion to see the whole desktop at once. I saw this feature demonstrated in the new Solbourne window manager, but apparently that software is only available bundled with their hardware. Does anyone know of another implementation? -- Ken Mandelberg | km@mathcs.emory.edu PREFERRED Emory University | {rutgers, gatech}!emory!km UUCP Dept of Math and CS | km@emory.bitnet NON-DOMAIN BITNET Atlanta, GA 30322 | Phone: (404) 727-7963
