People with disabilities shouldn't change.  We, as people, are who we 
are.  Unique individuals.  If life is difficult, it is because the rest 
of the world is making it difficult for us, through discrimination, 
physical barriers, attitudes, and lack of opportunity.
 
Therefore, the world must change.  And we must make it change.
 
Anger must be channeled into bringing about effective change.  That will 
solve your problem.  Take control of your life.  Empower yourself and 
help your friends empower themselves.
