 Hi Phil,

 The book is called "The C ourage To See" (Daily Affirmations For
 Healing The Shame Within.)  It has something to read for each day of
 the year and is geared toward people who have a desire to grow in
 self-esteem and in just trusting their own internal experience, people
 who want to grow in relationships, in spirituality..., whatever it is
 that adds quality to their lives.  It has been also helpful to people
 who are in one form or another of recovery, who have had traumatic
 childhoods, who have been looking for deeper and richer meaning.  Each
 entry has an affirmation, which is a positive statement, a reflection,
 which often ties in with some of my own experience and/or ideas, and a
 meditation.  It sells for $10 for one audio 4-track cassette, and $10
 for the print version (if either of these are to be sent through the
 mail.  I hope this gives you more of an idea of what it is.
