At Standards Australia, I had introduced Risk Analysis. The two working committees have agreed with me, to design Information Techhnology interfaces for 95% of the Australian adult population. At the moment, we are gathering the data on our 95th percentile. I'm not sure if you will ever read or be able to respond to this message.
