        The Red Cross and most blood banks will not accept
donations forom the physically disabled.  As a quadriplegic I
have belonged to several blood banks and always needed to arrange
for a friend to fulfill my donation requirements.  Most blood
banks do maintain a list of members who will donate on behalf of
members willing to donate on behalf of members who can't meet the
requirements themselves.
