I just got about 4 pounds of shelled filberts.  They're very tasty, and
I got to thinking that perhaps there were some recipes out there that
specialized in filberts.  I figure I can substitute them for pecans or 
walnuts, etc., but what I was wondering is if anyone had any recipes
for Filbert anything?
I will summarize any response, either by email or posted.
