I lost my family's Honey Cake recipe, but I know that it started out with
a cup each of sugar and honey, some strong coffee, oil, an entire grated
orange, and three eggs. I have no idea what quantities the dry ingredients
were in. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Alternate recipes would be appreciated as well.
