I have inherited a large quantity of apricots, and I was thinking
about making muffins (since I can't eat them all before they go
bad)

does anybody know of a recipe for apricot muffins? or should
I just take a generic (bluberry maybe) muffin recipe and
stick the apricots in?
any advice will be appreciated.
