Contact Marktech Internationl Corp. (518) 436 - 5877 or LEDtronics which is 
located in Costa Mesa CA I believe.  Sorry no phone number for LEDtronics,
if I find it I will post.  A  Company called Cree Research is also producing 
low cost blue LEDS and the other companies may be OEM suppliers of the Cree
Blue LED or may purchase the LED die from Cree and package them.
