The fourth ship has been named the "Yuri Andropov". It was launched in
April 1989. It should enter service in 1991 (according to HARPOON
SITREP #4). This should be the last Kirov class ship. The fifth hull
has been cancelled according to the article "The Soviet Navy in 1989:
A US View" (USNI Proceedings, May 1990) written by the Director of US
Naval Intelligence.
