More than that, the Soviets are offering up the MiG-29 to foreign sales
(or so I think I remember fro Av Leak).  MiGs and Su's are the one
thing the Soviets make that can bring in signifigant hard currency.
That's why the emphasis on GETTING PAID - it's really become the reason
for the shipment.

Makes for an interesting concept for USAF and USN Aggressor squadrons!
