Dix AAFld) was renamed for him in 1948/49. There is a P-38 (J I believe) painted as McGuire's plane on a pylon just inside one of the entrances to the base. There is also a Douglas C-118A in a traffic circle in front of the Terminal Building plus some other museum pieces in an open field.
