	I am interested in information about public domain blackboard
	shells. The application I am pursuing is distributed problem
	solving for mechanical design.  I am working on a SUN3 with
	Lucid Common Lisp, but I also have access to a SUN4.

	Any information will be appreciated.  Most appreciated will be
	the name of a system and a contact (person or organization) through
	which I can acquire a shell.
