     Does anyone have a current e-mail address for Casimir Borkowski?
     All I really know about Dr. Borkowski is that in 1973 he was
     affiliated with the Department of Computer Science at the
     University of Pittsburgh.  For all I know, he may still be.
     Any help in tracking Dr. Borkowski (or, alternately, some of
     his papers) will be greatly appreciated.
