I modified xphoon to automatically adjust the bitmap to fit the screen. It works well for all screens where 768 <= width <= 1600 and 756 <= height <= 1280. For smaller screens, the moon gets clipped. For larger screens, the moon is not centered. My modified version of xphoon is available via anonymous ftp from pokey.cs.wisc.edu.
