It can be found: nic.stolaf.edu [130.71.128.8] in the /pub/net_spellbook directory I will post the other chapters as I complete them. This thing is big (first three levels fill 30+ double column pages). I have not edited any of the spell descriptions, nor have I attempted to alter the levels of any spells I thought were over or under powered.
