     We have been using NCAR graphics vs 3.0 for atmospheric science research.
NCAR graphics saves a file into a metafile which can be viewed on any computer
that has a metafile translator.  I would like to know if anyone is aware of
a metafile(CGM) translator for the IBM PC.  Since NCAR has changed its 
graphics format from vs 1 to vs 3, I would only be interested in a translator
for the vs 3.0 which uses the graphical kernel system(GKS).  Any feedback
will be greatly appreciated.
