Basically, I'm looking for a 'getty' for the PC that will answer the modem
and allow execution of whatever shell on the remote PC (IBM compatible).
We don't need anything complicated, just some simple text i/o capabilities.
Managing the carrier detect is highly desireable.  Please email replies
