Get tut.cis.ohio-state.edu:pub/gnu/emacs/elisp-archives/misc/crypt.el.Z
(same as osu-cis!~/gnu/emacs/elisp-archives/misc/crypt.el.Z).  It
handles encrypted, compacted, or compressed files with style and
grace.
