I just read "An Introduction to C++" by Keith Gorlen in selected readings which came with the AT&T Release 2.0 manuals, which was very clear. This is taken from a paper by Keith Gorlen, but I don't have any more details. Maybe this introduction is in : "Data Abstraction and Object Oriented Programming in C++" by K.E. Gorlen, S.M. Orlow & P.S. Plexico, Wiley 1990 ISBN #1-92346-X .. it may be worth checking out. -- Andy Pearce
