There are some applications where absolute fidelity is requiered
in software, satellite control systems for example. Now I ask
you, if there are classifications or regulations about using
different compilers and linkers. In other words, how do I get
most safest compilation from my source code. Question is about
only about reliability of compilation, not bugs in source code.
