For a *very* ignorant PostScript user, could someone tell me how to use
PostScript font definition files (like the ones that have been posted
recently)?  How do I load them into the printer (mine's a LaserWriter IINT)
and how do I access them?  And is there any way to access them from
something like *roff files?
