Note that this is non-trivial software. ArborText uses TeX for formatting, SoftQuad uses sqtroff, a troff enhancement. ArborText has announced, but not yet delivered, arbitrary document type (DTD) support - 4Q90, I think. SoftQuad I'm not sure of.
