In elm 2.3, patch level 4, keying an @ as part of a domain based address at
the To (mail to) prompt, deletes the characters typed and places the cursor at
the first column of the line.  This same thing occurs when you Edit the
To: line under Edit Headings.  I was previously at Elm 2.3, patch level 1, and
I did not experience this problem, but I cannot be absolutely certain that I
keyed in an @ on the To: line.
