Northbound BITNET from computer center machines here goes thru GITVM1->UGA, but Internet traffic goes gatech.edu->hubcap.clemson.edu (I think... but the point is it goes thru gatech, currently a VAX 11/780 that tends to wheeze every once in a while).... I imagine things get similarly weird around Maryland, NYC, etc.... Besides, I thought it was bad form to dynamically reroute someone's mail if it was anything other than user@host.do.main?
