However, it seems that sendmail no longer calls resolver routines correctly. If I mail to foo@bar (where bar is bar.gsfc.nasa.gov in /etc/hosts), the mail gets bounced back with a "host unknown" error. foo@bar.gsfc.nasa.gov works correctly. If I replace 5.64 with the old version (5.58 I think) then foo@bar works correctly... The cf file is frozen before the switches, so it's not using an "old" frozen config file.
