Sorry this shouldn't be a world distribution, I apologize,
but I'm looking for a link using UUPC in order to get mail and
3 or 4 newgroups in the Frederick, Maryland area.  I'm changing

jobs and I would like to stay in touch with friend/colleages on the
net.  Does anyone know of somewhere in the greater metro DC area (in
Maryland) that would give me a link without charging my huge amounts
of money!?  I would like to be able to access the following newgroups:

comp.lang.pascal
comp.lang.c
rec.humor.funny
rec.talk.christian

And be able to get mail to a root site (i.e. uunet, etc)

Any help would be appreciated.....
