First of all, Mitch Kapor hasn't worked for Lotus in several years.
Second, he has testified before Congress about how companies should
not use lawsuits to keep their positions in the marketplace.  I have a
200-line eloquent statement from him on the subject.  Believe me, he
doesn't like Lotus' actions any more than you do.
