(Or dosent it matter?) Don't know about the archive sites, but everything I send out should be uncompressable under both MINIX and Unix. The compress program behaves the same. However, MINIX/ST can only deal with 13 bits compress, so ude compress -b13 when compressing on a Unix box. > 2) Is there any kit put together that upgrades straight from my version to > the latest, or do I have to go thru all of the steps in upgrading? Not by me. I didn't feel like it after doing all the individual steps. I've heard rumours from someone wo was in the process of making such a kit. If it exists, please let me know the ftp address, so I can point people to it, who ask this question.
