	You can get uudecode and uuencode through anonymous ftp to the 
following site:

	umd5.umd.edu	128.8.10.5

	The file is an .arc file in  "/pub/pc" its name is

         -rw-r--r--  1 29          37323 Mar 19 08:41 uuxxcode.arc
