It's a WD1002-05 hard drive controller. It is not a 'bus' card - it has no edge connector. Instead, it has a berg strip pin connector. Does anyone know what this board is, and what the interface is? I believe it controls standard MFM drives, but I want to know what kind of computers this might be used with. (I suspect VMEBUS).
