I'd love it if I could make the sources available, but you'd have to
talk with TOPS or whatever they've decided to rename themselves.  The
program was not made public domain, but was made freeware.  Only the
binaries can be distributed.

Pragmatically, TOPS couldn't prove any sort of commercial loss if I
posted the sources, since they obviously have no proprietary interest
in them, but I don't like to play fast and loose with intellectual
property.

In my opinion, only a source code release will allow TOPS Terminal and
TOPS TCP/IP to compete effectively with the other freeware TCP/IP
products.  Which is not to put down my programs -- I'm using them
right now, and have been using them for years now -- but marketing is
based on other factors than simple product quality.
