As has been correctly pointed out recently Version 3.1 of UK GOSIP
as published has the ES IS mulitcast addresses swapped round. This is
a known mistake and has been included in the errata which may not
have reached all implementors, users etc. yet.
I am passing this information on as a member of the UK GOSIP Lowers
Layers task force which met yesterday and requested that this reply
be sent on behalf of the UK GOSIP team.
