Since many implementations of TCP/IP already exist, I am interested in obtaining source for these protocols, where the source represents an implementation known to be very good for large volume throughput. I am under the impression that most implementations are in C. Please correct me if I am wrong. I'd also like some input from implementors as to what bottle necks have been found that have down graded performance in various TCP/IP implementations.
