           Wollongong TCP/IP WIN*/3B Rel 3.0.1
           Unix V 3.1
 
Problem:   I can telnet out from the machine, but I can't telnet
           into the machine.
 
           example:  telnet me or telnet umofm.umeofm.maine.edu
                     neither works
 
           I can ftp in and out of the machine just fine.
 
Any help is appreciated.
