They don't want to use extra software on the SUN, but still have to buy the hard and software for the MACS and PC's. They thought on using the TOPS software, but that sounded to me like some specific solution for the MAC ( Sun doing Appletalk and acting as a router to all other machines). It also is quite expensive. Aren't there any solution on some standard protokol like TCP/IP. What hardware would be neccessary for the MACS and PC's. Is Appletalk still working ( Printer ).
