Does anyone know how to contact Mark Brukhartz, the author of
afio?  Or Lachman Associates, Inc?  Or has someone else taken
over support of afio?  I've added a feature, and I'd like to
offer it to Mark first before just posting diffs.  Please reply
to me by email; please do not post a followup.

Please don't flame me for posting this.  The only information I
have to go on is this address in the README file:

Email bounces.  Ericsson's library can't find Lachman
Associates.  I don't even know what state it's in.
