I am looking for source for a Microsoft Windows VT100 terminal emulator.  
Preferably Windows-286 or Windows-3.

I don't need comms support (i.e. don't need RS232 or LAN code), just clean
VT100 window interface.

Anyone with code, or knowledge of where I can find same -such that I don't
have to rewrite --- thanks in advance.
