In response to my posting to unix.wizards about a little VMS-to-Ultrix 
file problem, it has been suggested that I use tar for VMS to move the
files.  Where is a good place to ftp this from?  If there is no good,
or available, place, does someone have it who would be willing to send
me a copy?
