Your note concerning questions about multisync monitors and the
3000 is exactly what I have been trying to figure out too.

I wish I had some help for you but don't.  I am a bit confused
about what one gives up for each of the possibilities you mentioned
(i.e. Freqs.).

If you would post your conclusions from email you get it would help
out a lot of people in the same boat as you.
