Commodore is NOT an American-based company and that might have been the reason for the lack of inclusion. You might also have noticed that Commodore hasn't been very profitable recently! BTW, the former is the reason that Commodore isn't listed in the Fortune 500, whereas Atari was (they dropped out this past year).
