A Purchase Order (PO), is a form stating that they will be paid out of this account. Schools use them a lot. A check must be certified. This is an error in the original post. The difference could be $15.00, at least that's what my bank used to charge for personal check certification. They don't do it anymore so they made me a cashiers check; for all practical purposes, isn't this like a money order? So far, no complaints from C=, but then I haven't received my A3000 yet ...
