Does anyone know where I can get GIFtoRGB Version 1.1?  Xanth has Version 1.0
and I am assured by the author that there is a Version 1.1 out there somewhere
(although he didn't volunteer any information which would allow me to get it -
phone number of his local BBS, his address, FTP site with it, etc.).  If you
could tell me where I can get a copy, I would greatly appreciate it.
