Interestingly enough, one of the priorities of the Bush administration
at this week meeting of the 7 in Houston is European enforcement of
copyright laws with regard to software theft by both corporations and
individuals.  We might finally see something serious done on this,
probably in exchange for letting the Soviets get their aid.  Kind of
interesting how these things work out.
