   A friend of mine has an old release of Aztec C (around 3.00 I think),
and would like to upgrade to the latest version.  Unfortunately, he never
bothered to send in his registration card.  Is it still possible for him
to upgrade after all this time, despite never sending it in?  Also, how
much does the upgrade cost?
