The weapons shop is in the ICE sector (far north) I believe.  If you take
the road north into the ice sector (the road farthest east I think), the
weapons shop should be just to the east at the first or second
intersection.

I didn't find it all that helpfull.  There wasn't anything there you can't
get in the first castle.  I found it much more dangerous to travel through
the swamp and ice sectors than the first castle.
