Lines: 26 I have a RAM memory test program (supplied by GVP) which can be used to test memory. My question is: If I have a 5 meg machine (A2000 with 1 meg on the mother board, a 2 meg amiga board and a GVP controller with 2 meg on it) what starting and ending address do I give the ram test program so that all of ram gets tested. Here is what GVP told me to do to test the 2 meg on the GVP controller... 1) boot and press ctrl-d before the FastMemFirst gets executed 2) test mem starting at 230000 and ending at 3fffff. Is it possible to test starting at 0000000 ?? Where is the OS loaded? Will I crash the system if I start that low?
