The gent from Australia, I can understand. But for anyone in the US... you can get a flat rate BIX account. The charges would work out to something like $33 a month. This includes BIX plus off peak communications charges. This is for an UNLIMITED use account. You can use it from 7PM - 7AM with no additional charges. This beats the pants over the slow and over priced CI$ at $12.50 an HOUR!! Hell, 3 lousy hours on CI$ would pay for a whole MONTH of UNLIMITED use of BIX.
