Why not move them to "//" which the the logical parent directory
of a "/" directory? I don't like the idea of having my top-level
network directory be a subdirectory (not matter how many levels
deep) of my root directory. It should be the parent of the root
directory. Try typing "cd /; cd .." sometime, it will put you
where you expect to be (in //).
